Humming Herbs® Iodine Complex is a five-active capsule supplement providing iodine 140 mcg as potassium iodide, selenium 50 mcg as L-selenomethionine, zinc 9 mg as zinc bisglycinate, vitamin D 4 mcg and L-tyrosine 500 mg in a single capsule, in a bottle of 120 capsules — 120 servings. It is for adults who want the nutrients involved in normal thyroid function together in one capsule instead of four separate bottles.
What is in each capsule?
Vitamin D as cholecalciferol, 4 mcg / 160 IU (20% DV). Iodine as potassium iodide, 140 mcg (93% DV) — iodine contributes to normal thyroid hormone production and normal thyroid function. Zinc as zinc bisglycinate, 9 mg (82% DV). Selenium as L-selenomethionine, 50 mcg (91% DV) — selenium also contributes to normal thyroid function. L-tyrosine 500 mg, the amino acid the body uses as a building block in thyroid hormone synthesis.
Why these five together?
Iodine, selenium, zinc and tyrosine are the nutrients most often grouped for thyroid-nutrient support, because each has a recognised role in normal thyroid function or in the synthesis pathway. Putting them in one capsule removes the arithmetic of combining four products — but it also means you should not stack another iodine supplement on top. Please read the thyroid warning below.

Suggested Use
