Returns, Refunds, or Cancellation Process
  • How long do I have to return a product?
    You may return products within 7 days from the date of shipment.
  • How do I start my return?
    Simply email us at care@hummingherbs.com and send the product back to our warehouse. Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a refund, credit, or replacement.

  • By when will I receive my refund or replacement?
    Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship a replacement within 7–10 business days.
  • Is there a return fee?
    Generally, no return fee is charged. However, return shipping costs must be borne by you unless the return is due to our error. We may request a photo of the damaged or incorrect item prior to waiving the shipping fee.
Cancellation Policy
  • If the order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Humming Herbs holds sole discretion in accepting or rejecting cancellation requests.
  • By placing an order, the customer agrees not to dispute the cancellation decision made by Humming Herbs.
